Change profile color and permalink

Hello

1. How I can change this black color from PWA https://prnt.sc/v62o8j , which value i need to edit customize kindly guide me.
2. I tried to change this permalink https://prnt.sc/v62q0q to /user/, for that I changed page permalink to the user and also change the link from BuddyPress setting. But unfortunately, the dashboard crashed and got an error. Kindly tell me how can I change this permalink to /user/, (with all steps)

from wp-admin > appearance > customize > point 2: it depends which page you will connect in wp-admin > settings > buddypress > pages

1. I changed page slug to user https://prnt.sc/v6uxvu
2. Also linked this page in BuddyPress page setting https://prnt.sc/v6uyim
3. But profile name still shows /members-directory/ https://prnt.sc/v6v1b0 and showing error https://prnt.sc/v6v291
