Chat and forums do not work

1) On my site, after authorization, the button that should open the chat is displayed, but after clicking on it, nothing happens. 2) The same goes for clicking on the forums in the forums menu. 3) Is it possible to make that when you click the logged in menu, the user profile page is not displayed and then redirected to the desired menu item? (In the video attached in the next post, it's 32-36 seconds). It interferes. Adding the video in the next post.

Hi, For chat issues we are fixing it our end we will release the update soon. For forum, you need to add a vibe-helpdesk plugin in your site which is missing, Then add "forum" into profile menu then goto admin profile page and add ?reload_nav=1 to URL like this:https://prnt.sc/u0zo81. Thus you new menu item will show. Or recommended : use our setting from vibebp-> settings -> buddypress -> refresh bp nav

Hi, You need to Re-Run the setup wizard only to install vibe-helpdesk plugin. And skip the other step. For 3rd redirection process is not added.

The issue was resolved. There is no clear explanation of it. It seems Although buddypress was active, it is not loaded properly. So i had to force deactivate the wplms plugin by

1. rename the wplms_plugin to wplms_plugin2 via FTP,
2. open the WP admin area and confirm everything is working
3. then again rename it back from wplms_plugin2 to wplms_plugin

Please check if there are any change sin your site. I also disabled wp_debug mode as it causes more issues in such situations.

Yes if any plugin causes an error to your site and you are unable to access wp-admin. Then just renaming the plugin will deactivate that plugin. Let me know to close the topic if resolved.
