Commision system not working

Hi, commission system is not working. When someone purchased the course and order gets completed but the instructor does not receive commission in his account. I have already set all the settings at WP admin – LMS – Settings -commission but still don't know why it is happening. kindly HELP as soon as possible as its urgent for us to solve the problem. Actually after purchase is done and completed, instructor still receive 0 balance in his commission even i set all the courses at 60% commission for the instructor

Well please simply enable "ACtivity streams" component from wp-admin-> settings -> buddypress-> components in order to show commissions reflected in instructor's account . to bring already assigned commissions back please goto wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> functions -> sync areas -> sync " Woocommerce Intructor commissions(for non-bundled products) "
