This is the woocommerce cart page and to change the link you need to add custom code for that, refer the code here: https://nicola.blog/2015/07/20/change-the-return-to-shop-button-url-in-the-cart-page/ You can add the php codes in the functions.php file of your child theme (if using a child theme) or the wplms-customizer.php file present in your wplms customizer plugin.
