    I finished a course but I'm not able to download the certificate. I marked 0% as the mark you need to get it but still not able to download it. https://ibb.co/kqHc6w

    Well im little confused here ,how did you marked course as finish even though your course progress is 0% . Please go through this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFtX9ussRKk It shows student user flow in wplms .   Please enroll in course mark all units as complete and then click on finish course button to get the certificate . please also do check if you have enabled the certificate in course or not ? refer : http://prntscr.com/i2n2gb

    Yes, my course is finished as you say, I marked all units as complete and I clicked on finish course button. For some reason, the percentatge is still 0% although I marked it as finished and I'm not able to download the certificate

    Hello, I don't know how to do "increase the width and height of certificate template" I checked the user's profile but the certificate is not there.

    @coursello, Retake the course to generate a new certificate or if you want to check the certificate is downloading or not. From the admin panel assign a new certificate. There are only two reasons when certificate is not downloading either the height and width of certificate template is not set properly or the print and pdf setting is not enabled

    Yes it is possible. It seems this is a bug as of now. We'll resolve in the update release this tuesday. Track link : https://trello.com/c/vLwCy1Sb -- Here's how the certificates work : When a user is awarded with a certificate, we do not generate the certificate at that moment, as it puts tremendous amount of load on server to generate PDFs. Instead we generate everything on User's browser. The PDF and the certificates which are then uploaded back to the server and available as download.
