    Is it possible to add customized Course certificate template like jpg or any other formats. If there is possibility then let us know how to do that

    Sorry this is not possible. You can only add static background image and for student name course name etc we have provided the shortcodes. You can import the certificate codes from here: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/certificate-import-codes/
