Course Complte issue

when a student completed a quiz, result was showing after that. student quailified for certificate as he passed. Achiving certificate student should have complete the course. Now when student try to complete the course. It redirects to course page and shows a error : complete the quiz.

The status of the quiz in the course is not marked as compelte Go to course - administartion area, locate the user, click on the stats (graph) icon, and force mark the quiz as complete for the user . If required set the marks for the quiz as well.

I can not understand what are you saying. If it happens every course, then what can I do ? Everytime it is not possible.

hi, please note the quiz passing score settings : if a user marks greater than the passing score you set in the quiz only then continue otherwise stop. That is why you need to set one mark lesser than the expected passing marks in your quiz passing score settings. Example: in a quiz, if you want to set 15 marks as passing marks then you would need to set 14 as passing marks. Our problem is changing this logic is that there are many users who have set their passing scores according to the above logic and if we change it then they might need to update all of their quizzes.
