Course duration + Header

Hello, I have a few questions.

1. Is it possible to turn off course duration so all courses with no time limit?
2. After the last update, the header has different hight when you are logged in and logged out. How can I fix it?
3. I have some problems with translations. I am trying to translate CSS .course_price in course block. But for some reason I can translate only PRIVATE, the others like start, continue, expired cannot be translated in Vibe course module. And also how can I translate Section in Course Curriculum.

Hello, #1 refer this setting : http://prntscr.com/mhcxi7 it will set the course access unlimited time. For othere issue please share your page url and admin credentials so that i can replicate the issue & fix it.  Once we get some feedback, we can take the next troubleshooting step in resolving your issue.
