Course Expired Even Course Duration 9999

I set course duration to 9999 and course retake 9999. But when student take a course they can only access it for 7 days. How to fix it?

Please check if you have set any subscription duration in the course product in pricing section . refer : http://prntscr.com/aiu7tq Please note that if there is any subscription duration enabled then this duration is considered in course and course original duration is disregarded.

I leave it empty on "Subscription Duration". Please check attachment.

Can you please share url of the page and also admin credentials to check the issue at your end ? Ps : mark reply as private while sharing credentials .

Well there was an issu in vibe course module regarding the same issue which we have fixed later . Please update all your plugins and theme to avoid any more conflicts in your site . Please also note here that the fix will not correct the duration fo the existing users ,it will just correct the duration of the users that will be added . To make the duration of your existing students right then please just extend their subscriptions form course admin . refer : http://prntscr.com/aul6hb
