Hello. In the WPLMS settings, we switched the header to Elementor. On normal pages, the header has changed, but on the course and instructor pages it does not change and generally breaks.

Make sure you have set the page template to barebones(No header no footer).
Yes, we have already tried different options. As a result, it turns out that the template of courses and instructors is formed somehow strange, differing from regular pages, and I rewrote the header output with wp_head() scripts and the output of the elementor custom head shortcode in the /course/single/home.php file, removing the standard get_header(vibe_get_header()) script, as it broke everything.

this was elementor pro plugin causing the issue
as elementor pro plugin will not work
as elementor pro plugin removes all the files of elementor files and over-right it which makes the site messay
