a. Go to WP Admin - Settings - Permalinks and re-save

b. Check WP Admin - WooCommerce - Settings - Checkout, make sure the above page is connected in settings.

there is an option that students can see or download their Certificate & Badges only after course completion?? the certificate and badges will be assigned to the user after the course completion if you have save the settings accordingly.

for 1: added code to your site on gap anymore. for 2: i have checked the setting of certificate you need to add width&height of the certificate. you are not using pdf certificate builder it is more appropriate then the simple one. you can refer these tips it is the complete reference about pdf certificate:
