Well in case of course category redirect to all courses page we forcefully set the cookie to filter course based on current category as you are on the current category page. Actually the thing is all courses tab should not show there . To hide it  :  please try adding this custom css in your wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -> custom css : .archive.directory #buddypress .item-list-tabs { display: none; }
