Course not auto-completing

Hello, This is a continuation to this ticket: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/simple-course-flow/ I was trying to make certificates get assigned automatically as soon as the course was completed, so I was told use the "in-course" quiz setting, and it works perfectly. However, I have this one course that does not seem to work in this fashion and I can't figure out why. I'm sure it's just a simple setting, but I can't seem to figure it out: https://nss.wm.systems/ltoy/course/designated-traffic-control-person-awareness-training/ Upon getting 100% in the quiz, it should automatically assign the certificate. It works for my test courses, but not for this particular one for some reason. Do your mind taking a quick look? Thanks, Mike

Hi Damiko I have checked the course you having issue with. To just try, I have set passing percentage of 1 instead of 100. And after finishing the course, a certificate is assigned to me. Hey Fella :) I have debugged the issue. there is a class in this button which is causing this issue; Refer: https://wplms.io/support/ please consider these:

1. Please goto wp-admin > wplms > course manager > unit locking > set as free access. refer: http://prntscr.com/lwu3zu
2. make sure you did not add extra codes in customizer plugin.
3. make sure you are not using extra jquery.

first point is important. for else let me know i will check the issue. *dont forget to give your wp-admin credentials in a private reply. thanks and regards.

For hiding finish button go through: Wp-admin->LMS->Settings->http://prntscr.com/lxex84 You have marked it in mike-test site, that's why its not showing in your video.

Hi Mk, I wish you guys could just log in and take a look. It's 4 days on this simple issue. This setting is already checked off on both sites: https://i.imgur.com/AvjzCz2.png. We're in different time zones so when you send an answer that is already complete, we lose another day. I'm sure just logging in and looking fast is much quicker for both of us then constantly going back and forth. I appreciate your help. Thanks, Mike

Huh... I'm sure why, but it's working again. Maybe it just needed to be resaved again. Anyways, thanks. I'll keep an eye on it.
