Course not available after course completion

I have a problem. When a student finishes the course and requests a certificate and this certificate is rewarded, the student cannot longer see the course (it is in development).

My settings are so that this should be possible, but maybe I forgot something.

I will give my relevant settings:

WPLMS - course manager - Finished course access is set to YES

In course: Course certificate is enable and set to 101 (manual)

There are no quizes, only units.

What I want is after course completion I give them the certificate (manual) and they are able to go back in the course if needed. So units are available for them.

Please edit the course and goto course settings and set the course retakes to 0 in order to disable retakes . Apart from this the issue with the course not accessible after finishing is working fine like we show in the video shared above. There is nothing related to the certificate with the finished course access. Please tell if we are missing something on this .
