Course progress showing 100% when quiz not passed

Hello, My client is reporting that users are completing the courses, but not passing the quiz, and the course progress indicator is showing 100% in this instance. Is this how it works by default? Is it possible to only show 100% completion once the criteria for receiving the certificate is met? It's a bit misleading, as the users feel that they are done, when in fact it is not complete until the course is passed. Thanks, Mike

Actually, until now the workflow is like this: User attempts the quiz, no matter pass or fails it will be considered as progress. if you want course should not complete without passing the quiz, you can do it in the following manner: add a reference unit or thank you unit at last. and enable this setting: http://prntscr.com/px9flr also set passing marks for each quiz in frontend -> course -> edit course-> Set curriculum -> select quiz -> and set passing marks in settings.
