COURSE UNDER EVALUATION: student looses access?! why?

After finishing the online course, why does the student get the incredibly frustrating button "course under evaluation" that is useless and unclickable ? https://prnt.sc/lhyxfg when he/she finishes the course, he should still keep access, the total course duration is set to 9999, the student should get "take course" or "retake course" or whatever but NOT loose access. The student paid and now thinks we are a scam: "I did the course I ordered and wanted to review something and it’s telling me I have to buy it again.  Please tell me I don’t have to buy the course again to review something… that can’t be." Please solve URGENTLY, our reputation is at stake due to this.

Okay please edit that course in front end and set the "<span style="color: #8c8c8c; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">Course Evaluation Mode</span> " to auto matic: http://prntscr.com/li8frx     And then goto wp-admin -> wplms -> course manager -> finished course access -> yes . http://prntscr.com/li8g8x    For the user who is facing such issue please change the course status to " continue course  " from course admin :   http://prntscr.com/li8h42

I have the same issue. And when I set to "Auto-Evaluate" it cannot, because there are no quizzes or assignments. it is simply a staff-training info course. How can I allow "Auto evaluate" without tests? Is it possible?

Yes, You can set the course to auto-evaluate, if there is no quiz connected to the course then also it will work and the marks will be obtained as total units completed/total units*100 For this edit the course and in course settings set the course evaluation to automatic, refer: http://prntscr.com/dsinzi Please confirm if the issue resolve for you.
