Course Unit Layout Issue

In the course units, the "Discussion" section is placed above the "Next-Previous" bar and that poses a problem.  If there are a lot of questions in the discussions section, then the unit navigation bar will move to the bottom of the page and will not be seen.  Is there a way to make it so that the unit navigation bar stays above the discussions section? Sorry this is not possible as of now. But if you want I can share a small script which will show the bar on the bottom and on the top of the unit as well.
