Course video cannot load within students view

Hi, my course videos can be loaded and played within the instructor view, but when I log in as a student I can see the units, but when I click to open the video it keeps loading and it does not play.

These screenshots from a student account where the units of the course are well seen, but when I click to play the video, the page keeps loading. This happens only from students account, yet it runs normally from the instructor account

Hi, I cannot see the difference between both shared images, and it seems a different dashboard-style, I did not get your point to solve my issue
