Hi there is an issue when user comes to course pursue screen the last unfinished unit is loaded and is marked complete at the same time it is loaded .This mark complete on unit load is wrong and we have removed that .This is why the progress is not being synced .This fix coming up in upcoming update of wplms plugin .

Well yes in h5p units we do not retain the state of it as we load it in iframe with a url . You need to use the quiz to have marks and show the marks instead . Retaining the state of h5p contents is simply not available as of now .
