It looks like some error page coming from third-party plugin. Course status page will never show stuff like this Make sure your pages are properly connected in wp-admin > WPLMS > Course manager > https://prnt.sc/sai7rp

Thanks Diane like you said LiteSpeed Plugin causes this problem. I deactivated it and than reactivated again problem solved.
