Courses assing to sutudents missing or erasa

Hi, I have a problem when a student join a course then in a week or 2 weeks or in a time the student can´t acces theur courses. Student doesn´t appear like enrolled. We manually enroll again an it appear all advance course. Just unrolled, I have this common problem. Coudl you help me please?   Thanks

Well this can only happen when the someone (might be some instructor or admin ) has removed that student deliberately from course .

You can add the student back into the course using course admin (refer : https://vibethemes.github.io/wplms-docs/instructor-guide.html#course-admin).Also please share a proper steps to replicate the issue .

the students even who are enrolled in the course cannot access the single unit page. So the links will be unclickable for them.

The students have to click on start course button or the continue course button to access the course status page and then access all the units, refer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFtX9ussRKk

The course should have unlimited access, otherwise, when the course is expired for that user, he/she will not be able to access the course

Hello, I have added user in a course and user able to access same course: https://prnt.sc/tactnw And it is not possible if course has unlimited access as you say that user has to add again in same course, Make sure everything should be update and please share the same course url with same user in which you have that type of issue, Thanks,
