Courses Do Not Load Quickly

Hy, I am experiencing a very weird issue. Sometimes when I go to home page of my website, the courses section does load quickly and its not internet problem. Sometimes they load a bit late and sometime do not load at all and I have to refresh the page. Please view my homepage and fix the things needed to get it work. Thanks

Yes exactly, I am talking about this one. Sometimes, it do not load at once. Have you tried refreshing it? and then move quickly to this section. Let me know if you couldn't find it, I will show you in video then.
