Courses Menu is empty for student

On  my main menu I have 3 menus Home-Courses-Pages at the same level. As admin I could see courses sub menu (Courses Fearures, Courses Pages, Course Types, Drip Courses). As student I could no see anything under Courses but just a empty box. What is wrong with this ?

Have you enabled the instructor and students specific menu ? You might have set the menu for instructors but not for the students. Also can you please share the site url to check.

Please check if you have enabled the mega menu for students also ? If yes then please share the site url and the admin credentials with us to check the issue on your website. PS: Please mark your reply as private while sharing the credentials.

Sorry but I'm in local network, so my site is not reachable from internet. How come I need a <span style="color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px;"> </span><span style="color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px;">mega menu when just want to show to student the same menu Admin user already see.</span> The top menu courses is present but the content of the menu is empty. So it's not about having a new menu I think.

Please go to appearance->menu and check if the menu is present there or not, if present then make sure the student menu is selected, refer; http://prntscr.com/e3gd4g Then click on save button, let me know if this helps.

Yup this is wierd .we need an online setup and admin credentials to check this coz i am not able to replicate this at my test setup .

Yes I replicated the issue with the new setup and found the issue with the mega menu widget. To solve this issue you need to create a new sidebar and then add the widgets from the mega menu sidebar to that particular sidebar which you have created. Now you simply need to connect this sidebar in the mega menu and it will work fine. Here is the video showing the whole process: http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbeb606kfi

OK, Great! But how come not feedback have been sent to let users know about this fix particularly to those having this issue. This product offers a very strange support ...

I found this issue on a user's website few days back, he gave me credentials to check his website. I debugged his website and found the issue was coming from the sidebar, I fixed the issue on his website and some other user's website also who reported the same issue. When you reported us the issue we didn't knew about the issue back then and therefore couldn't fix it, we needed a live setup where the issue was replicable so that we can debug the issue and fix it. Apologies for the inconvenience caused and hope now the issue is resolved.
