Create Course specific lists don´t work in GetResponse plugin

I purchase the WPLMS GetResponse plugin, when I synchronize the list "Create Course specific lists" , it does not show me anything or create the lists

hi please check this setting https://prnt.sc/vn85i5 and this is how it will create list in get response https://prnt.sc/vn8572 also let us know how much you are syncing with your (means how much courses you have on your site)

Yes, is done the steps, i have 54 courses, Are the lists created automatically? Or do I have to create them one by one per course?

hi as I have mentioned above if you have followed the tip properly then it should create lists automatically but if you want me to check the same then please share all the details of your site and for getresponse too
