CSV Import Question option not showing

When I import any questions and  view it (both in questions and inside quiz) the options are not showing below the question. I checked it from editing every options are ok, (see screenshot 1). and update it (without making any changes) Options are shown. I have 10,000 questions it's not be possible to update one after another manually. Where is the problem?
