Custom course page sidebar template

I want to add some custom fields to my courses and include them in the sidebar for the course page. How do I edit the course sidebar php template to add the custom field hooks? Which file am I looking for? Right now I am thinking of registering a new sidebar as mentioned in the Wordpress codex and including it in the bottomc2.php template file. Please let me know if you think there is a better way to do it.

Hi, The course sidebar is already registered which is shown on the course. If you want to add information on the course details section, then you can add it from lms->settings->course settings, refer: http://prntscr.com/hiwnyb
