    I have been installed WPLMS Customizer Plugin and when try to change css throught  custom.css it appears inactive. see attachment below:

    You can safely ignore this because wordpress by default set this inactive tag to the inside files. It won't have any adverse effect on the site.

    All right...! I forgot !important inside attribute a.course_button{ font-size: 19px !important; } Now it Work's... Thank you!
