custom filed for certificate code

Hi how can add a custom filed for certificate code validator in the page, not as a widget in sidebar or footer ..... I want to be like this dummy example page :

Hi, You can create sidebar from wp-admin->wplms->sidebar manager. Then you can add the widget in this sidebar. Now when you edit the page in the page builder section you can directly add the sidebar in the page, refer: http://prntscr.com/igrj6v
