Can you tell me why some customers are not seeing the payment screen or opportunity?
Though we have tested the site on our own computer and mobile devices and come to the payment screen, we have had a few customers writing us asking how they're supposed to pay for the course, since there is no payment screen. On mobile devices, you have to scroll down quite a ways to see the ADD TO CART (or similar) button.
Any clues why some are having this issue? Is there a way for customers not to have to scroll, but show the button or a payment link earlier?
