Well I just checked your site and found that you have not enabled touch points for this .
Please goto wp-admin->lms-> settings-> touch points => enabled touch points for student applied for course :

Ok can you please make sure that you goto course home page -> then click on start/continue course button ?

1) when instructor create a course then course panel activate for setting the course. I want hide some tab in this panel like "Component", "Event". How I hide these tab in it.

Well please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version 2.6.x .
after applying for course instructor needs to approve the application .

You can add css code for this section in wp-admin>appearance>customize>custom css.
If you want css code then please make your own topic and share your query and wp-admin credentials with site url in that topic.
