    When I change into "Default Profile Layout" profile photo is not showing up. When I use other layouts the profile photo appears. Is there a way to fix this?

    Thank you for your help. I added that CSS to hide units page title. Is there a way to hide page title without hiding other things like this in the theme?

    You can hide titles from particular pages. Open the page on which you want to hide the title in the backend by clicking on edit page. There is a switch to show and hide title. Switch it to hide and save.
