Now you need to check these things:
- check themes folders permissions should be 755.
check themes files permissions should be 644.

update your theme manually, tip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAxv6SwAgtwhello, this only happens if you tried to change the core files. or theme files/ folder's permissions have changed. i believe you have not checked permissions.
please check if above does not work only then share ftp credentials or Cpanel details, i will have a look into this.
