    We have three different batches in one course, and I'm wondering if it's possible to assign a different certificate to each batch?

    Right now its not available but its a good suggestion, please create a feature request in our feature request forum for this.

    Is there any way to pull in their batch name into the certificate using a student field?

    Automatically its not possible as of now that's why I asked you to create a feature request for this. We'll add this feature in the future updates.
