Different stats downloading same course stats with different accounts

We are having a issue downloading stats for a specific quiz, we did some tests with admin accounts and one of them download the csv with less rows even when all the account set the same checks before click on the download button. I will send you the credentials for both admin accounts.

I was not able to replicate the issue : https://somup.com/c3h2optchj I think the issue is due to wpml plugin . Wehn you select language in wp-admin it affects query in front end I thimk

YEs the issue is appearing due to wpml language .I request you close all tabs of wp-admin , switch language in front end and then check the stats from the quiz .
