Disable Pricing and Settings for instructors

Hi, Is it possible to disable Pricing and Settings option from the front end. I usually create courses than let instructor have access but we set price and some other details in settings that we don,t want to change. For example: We will create course and than give instructor rights to it. Instruction add sections and units or if they want to edit units or sections.
