    Hi author, I've tried every way but still failed to create questions in the Quiz. Themes and plugins I have the latest updates. I have the permalinks to clear the browser cache and postname. Please support folding. http://prntscr.com/9xy5mo http://prntscr.com/9xy5q8 Thanks all!

    This is very strange. Can you share WP admin credentials to check this issue. My courses : This is a bug and it happens because the Course grid setting in the Course directory takes over in the My Courses/Instructing courses page. If you go to Course directory, click on the "list" switch and then check the my courses section, this issue would correct itself..

    I was unable to replicate the issue at our test site . Please refer : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDnh6Eh84S Added the questions successfully . Please make sure that all your plugins and wplms theme are updated to latest version . resave the permalinks and clear the browser cache. Also check if there is any server cache enabled (contact webhost ) .Try clearing the cached pages from the server also and is see that you have wp optimize and super cache plugin installed  on your site . Please try deactivating these plugin alongwith other third party plugins and again check the issue .
