Don't show which questions student got right or wrong

I do not want students to see which questions they got right or wrong, just an overall score of their quiz and the ability to retake if they failed. http://prntscr.com/hppa46

@mycustomsoftware, Please go to wp-admin > Appearance > customize > custom css and paste this css in the editor .quiz_questions span {display:none !important;}
