DRIP SECTION MISTAKE

Hi Alex: The drip section is not working, so I can not work properly. What is going on? You dont answers my questions? I was continuously working on it but not able to fix the issue .that is why I do not have explanatory reply.   the issue is very very strange . Although the issue is not replicated when you keep the ajax enabled in your unit load .     Currently checking your new issue about : https://prnt.sc/l4c9rj right now

Im sorry could not get you , there seems no issues with the ajax enabled so far (with the same setting you are using ) . Are you facing any issues with the same setting you are using for ajax disabled ?   or you are facing that " https://prnt.sc/l4c9rj " error with ajax disabled ?

Hi Alex, did you enable Ajax? I have not touch this set up (just when you advised me) Now, I m not sure. The problem, I think is happening with Ajax enable. If I disabled Ajax at the beginings of the mistake, now I do not how, the option is enable.

Yes I did changed it since the drip feed is not working properly with ajax disabled for which this topic was created originally . We are working on to fix this .

Thank you Alex. I m having a new mistake to give access student added manualy to courses. In this cases, the option to add them to courses manualy using the admin cpanel to avoid they pay is not working. I mean, the are added but the schooll keep requering the payment. Some months ago you added a code to grant them access. It worked fine untill some weeks ago. Can you please help me to fix this problem? Well actually the issue is appearing due to make first section free setting in course pricing . 

This setting does allow access only when the course woocommerce  product is purchased by the users .

To resolve what you have to is to create an order in backend in wp-admin -> woocommerce for that user .

for that please goto wp-admin -> woocommerce -> orders -> click on add new order that the top .

search and select the customer then

click on add item button to add the course product .

hit the create button . After that edit the order and set its status as completed .

This should fix the issue with the "users not able to access course even when you add them from course admin " .

Hi Alex: I did that you suggest but it does not worked. I am afraid this is a new issue.

When customer pay the course is not added to their accounts.

I have 2 customers in the same situation. Can you help ?

I login like a customer know and did a payment and It does not worked.

  please try adding this given code in your wplms-customizer.php file in wplms customizer plugin : add_action('wplms_bulk_action',function ($action,$course_id,$member_ids){   if($action != 'added_students')       return;     foreach ($member_ids as $key => $member) {       update_user_meta($member ,'user_subscribed_to_partial_free_course_'.$course_id,2);     } });   then goto course admin and remove the student from course , then add the student back again into course , then check if he gets the access now ?     If not then please share your site url , admin credentials and valid ftp credentials  in private reply to check this issue at your end .

HI I do checked all the courses for this user : " fanny " but I could not replicate the issue . CAn you please share the username and url of the course in which this issue is appearing for the user ?
