March 10, 2022 at 11:31 pm #381646DrewNiemeyerParticipantHi, Just wondering if you have any ideas on why elementor would not be loading up on any of the pages. I have experienced problems previously, but turned out to be related to buddypress and WPLMS settings, so I thought I might ask you first. I've been trying to open up the home page to edit Please feel free to have a lookMarch 10, 2022 at 11:37 pm #381647DrewNiemeyerParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.March 11, 2022 at 2:44 pm #381704VeronicaModeratorhi i would like to request you that please update the elementor pro plugin and then checkMarch 13, 2022 at 2:48 pm #381802DrewNiemeyerParticipantI have contacted the developers of one of the plugins - Plugin Manager Pro. This plugin seems to be the problem, but only when trying to edit with Elementor. Hopefully they can resolve the issue.March 14, 2022 at 3:20 pm #381845Anshuman SahuKeymasterThe login screen redirect is done by some third party plugin.mostly its padi membership pro .Please deactivate it if not using it. Another plugin could be woocommerce . In woocommerce settigns you can disable it . I can edit the page : https://gyazo.com/cfc17f345c01e51046af4b016ee05cda It could be buddypress pages which are not editing like all courses , members directory , groups directory . In order to edit these please goto wp-admin-> settings -> buddypress -> pages . Deselect the page and then try to edit it in elementor .IT will work . After editing again select the page in buddypress .March 15, 2022 at 1:19 pm #381892DrewNiemeyerParticipantThanks for that. I deactivated Paid memberships pro to find out that the redirect was caused by this plugin. I'm starting to use it, however, so I noticed that there is a setting for redirecting to a login page. I think the wplms login is not a page. Is that right?(I'm not sure how that pop-up works). When you were able to edit the page, do you know if WP Plugin Manager was activated? Elementor editing works if it is deactivated. I think the developers of that plugin are on the site right now, taking a look at the problem. Also, I noticed that if I log out, the page settings with Elementor don't work and every element that has been allocated to that page is shown, whether it should be there or not, and all the formatting is gone. Logout address: https://orchestralwinds.com/?vibebp_logout=1 Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/mAsfl30Fca6O Thanks.March 15, 2022 at 1:40 pm #381899DrewNiemeyerParticipantAlso, I want to change the default theme colour from the one I chose at the end of the setup wizard, to something new. Where is the setting hidden for that one?March 16, 2022 at 4:14 pm #381984Anshuman SahuKeymasterI think the wplms login is not a page. Is that right?(I’m not sure how that pop-up works). yes its not a page . its in popup added by javascript. well the link with https://orchestralwinds.com/?vibebp_logout=1 does not shoes the elementor to be activated . and the link : https://orchestralwinds.com/ shows elementor is active there . Can you please check if plugin is active , secondly please clear all kinds of cache and deactivate the cahe plugin . The setting is in wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -> theme and in vibebp settings .March 17, 2022 at 2:31 pm #382030DrewNiemeyerParticipantAh, I see what the problem is - something to do with the plugin manager. All good. I'll get that sorted out. Thanks! For the colours, I'm looking for the orange colour in this screen shot: https://prnt.sc/DD6I4oup_AJM It's not in customize>theme, and I couldn't find any colour options in VibeBP settingsMarch 19, 2022 at 6:19 pm #382103Anshuman SahuKeymasterHi you can change that color using this custom css in your wp-admin-> appearance -> customize -> custom css :
span.vibebp-login{background:#ffffff !important;}
March 22, 2022 at 3:34 am #382224DrewNiemeyerParticipantI added in the line, but it doesn't seem to have made any difference https://prnt.sc/xDjnlXBBkYoiMarch 22, 2022 at 10:51 am #382238VeronicaModeratorhi are you talking about this https://screencast-o-matic.com/i/c3e3fBVFsCq background to change? please confirm as the your previous reply in which you have shared the screenshot doesn't specify the exact areaMarch 22, 2022 at 2:25 pm #382252DrewNiemeyerParticipantHi Veronica, yes that is the area that I was trying to changeMarch 23, 2022 at 10:55 am #382308VeronicaModeratorhi first recheck if you have added this code in custom CSS section: https://screencast-o-matic.com/i/c3e0QcVF8k2 and for the background change you can use this: .loginpopup_wrapper { background: var(--body); }April 2, 2022 at 7:57 am #382864DrewNiemeyerParticipantThis reply has been marked as private. -
