email not send touch points

I had set send mails and notifications when user is added in a course http://prntscr.com/15ebc8l but not work, I added user una course and not receive email. I using office 365 account and send test email but not receive the touch points config: http://prntscr.com/15efqhr test http://prntscr.com/15efurl

Hi, User added to course touchpoint is not working . it's a bug. here is the trello card link for this- https://trello.com/c/4lIHp2wz please check if other touchpoint mails are working or not?
