Email not sent with template

Hi.. Please check if you are using some third party plugin for emails ? Try deactivating the third party plugins, because the email is sent by buddypress plugin and not wplms, so if there might be some plugin interfering with it.

Also you can try using the postman SMTP plugin for sending emails. Refer: https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/postman-smtp-for-emails/
