Email subscription and notification

Hi VibeTheme, Is there any email setting that allowed to send an email to student when there is a new course created? or a list of courses create today? like subscriptions email from a website. Besides, is there any email setting that can alert instructors to create new course if they are inactive on the account for a long time? Or auto set them to inactive user? How to notify admin that there are new courses or new instructor needed for approval? Thank you very much.

I have a related question too. Is there a way to send a daily reminder email to the students to complete that day's unit?
