I need serious help with setting up template once users for example: subscribe for course etc.
How can I setup email look exactly when user subscribe to the course?
or setup email look for: User added to course?
I have created a template in mandrill.com but there is no text content in there..

You can add the generated html code directly in your template if you can get it from mandrill app .

Just to know.. If I now remove the default HTML code from wplms theme and replace it with whole new code to have better email design, will the shortcode still work? If not, How else should I implement the dynamic content?

Yes if you put the shortcodes in your html template codes they would still work .
You can also restore it to the default template .
Hello, please take a look at the screenshot below. I have pasted the html code with the shortcodes and the dynamic content is not appearing. Only the shortcodes are shown in emails.

There it is... I created that template in Mailchimp - Templates - create template (there I used drag and drop to create the email template.) then I sent the template to Mandrill

I am having the same problem of using the email template. My workflow is, design the email in Mailchimp Drag/Drop using the shortcodes in the content. I then exported the file to Mandrill. Went to my wordpress site, went to the Mandrill plugin and selected my Mailchimp template for all emails. But all that is sent is my message with the shortcodes and not replaced with the right dynamic content. What am I doing wrong?
Can you please share the screenshots of your issue .
The email that is sent must be processed for the shortcodes that you use .
Please also try settings the email template from the LMS -> settings -> emails -> email template .
You can copy the raw code from your email template that is created with mail chimp .
In email template page click on "view generated template " and then can add this code in the textarea and then apply changes .

how can i connect Constant contact with theme default email templates ? I want to design email templates in constant contact. I want all mails should go through constant contact templates instead of theme templates ?
