    Hello, When a user registrate in WPLMS, the email goes to junk (I'm using SMTP). I spent some time (some days) with my server support team, and the conclusion was: would recommend thoroughly reviewing the email templates of BuddyPress, so you can permanently resolve any issues related to that. You can review a detailed tutorial on how to manage the email templates on your website here: > https://codex.buddypress.org/emails/ Once you review the email templates on your website, make sure that they comply with the anti-spam regulations. You can use any guide for that purpose, such as the one here: > https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business You can tweak your templates and test if the issue is resolved after that. Once the email templates are edited and spam-free, you will be able to send them out instantly and without any issues at all. But I'm using the original WPLMS templates. Could you help me?     Okay thanks for conforming .We would recommend you to use the buddypress emails templates as buddypress is maintained by wordpress .Wplms email template is not updated since the buddypress added its emailing functionality . Now we  recommends the Buddypress emails . So,please disable the wplms html emails . then migrate all all the emails to buddypress emails from the notice in admin . then save the buddypress email templates . Then check emails if they are sending to spam now ?

    Hi, I am having this issue now even if the emails are set up in buddy press. Everything goes to Spam. Can you please help me?

    Hello, @jefrz22 Please create your own topic. Please change the From name and From Email with another email and also change admin email. To do this please go to wp-admin -> LMS-> Settings -> Email-> Email Options. Refer : http://prntscr.com/k1ktew
