As I already mentioned the emails are not sent by wplms, its sent by buddypress plugin only, so I do not know the exact reason why buddypress plugin is not able to send the html emails. However I can tell you that this can happen if the wp_mail() function is overridden by the plugin which is responsible for sending the emails.I understand you Latiyan, But as you recommend to migrate to BuddyPress emails you have to try resolving that issue with BuddyPress and find a way to satisfy your customer! Am I wrong?
