I follow the BuddyPress support sent to me. I was not able to run the BuddyPress template but I installed the WP Better Emails plugin. I realize the problem is with Paid Memberships Pro plugin after investing a lot of time trying to solve. If Paid Memberships Pro plugin is activated the email sent like that: http://prntscr.com/gxcito but in the other way, the email sent using the WP Better Emails template like http://prntscr.com/gxcjrr. What can we do because we need the 2 plugins?

It means the pmpro plugin is changing the wp_mail() function.

For sending the html email templates buddypress also recommends to use a smtp plugin which do not override the wp_mail() function.
As I already mentioned the emails are not sent by wplms, its sent by buddypress plugin only, so I do not know the exact reason why buddypress plugin is not able to send the html emails. However I can tell you that this can happen if the wp_mail() function is overridden by the plugin which is responsible for sending the emails.

But as you recommend to migrate to BuddyPress emails you have to try resolving that issue with BuddyPress and find a way to satisfy your customer! Am I wrong?
