Embedding docs into units – error or delay in displaying

There is a delay in displaying ppts and docs in our units. And sometimes it doesn't display and it says there is an error in displaying it. Can you please let me know what's the problem? Hello, this is dependent on the ajax load of your unit pages.

goto wp-admin >> lms >> setting >> enable ajax loading in unit.

it is totally sever dependent, if your server is not handling ajax requests properly, we cant do anything about it.
