Hello, I tried to import courses through LMS - Seetings - Import/Export. I tried multiple times but failed. When I click on import, the screen will flash then look like this https://prnt.sc/m4aem0.Hey, Please try to export/ import minimum details of course data and check if it works else contact to your webhost to enable fileinfo. - The export function cuts off the course description gets cut off at 255 characters

if still having issues share your video link of steps you are following so that i can replicate the issue. use https://screencast-o-matic.com/ to upload and share url of the video.Hey, thanks for sharing video. yes it is a problem please share your wp-admin url and credentials in a private reply so that i can check the issue at your end.Well we are using wordpress Wp_query to fetch the items while export .(there is no custom query ) http://prntscr.com/m7t941 There is no limit check present there that is restricting to fetch only 255 characters there . As you can see that we are not getting the same issue while export and also no user has reported such issue before on our forums .The issue seems to be connected with your site only . I would recommend you to disable third party plugins in your site or check server securities in this matter . For issue with exporting multiple courses , well I guess there your site maybe crashing due mysql server limit . both export and import runs heavy so many queries on database and you database might have some security checks to server a limited queries at a moment Or your database server might not be able to server these much queries and crashing . So please check your wp memory limit and share your server php error log with to examine .
