Encoding Display Issues in VibeKB/Wiki Titles

We are using vibebp plugin which consists editor part. Which we are using in many places like kb/wiki/courses. Also please share a quick video related to that issue so we can replicate this at our end too.

This screenshot shows it all. https://prnt.sc/wm8kae Login and navigate to course portal area. We named our link for KB/Wiki plugin "Resources". When you see here how the Article title does not display the apostrophe properly.
