you need to change the profile layout to v4 and then check the same
or give us permission to change the layout

its there but there is no option present of appointments in the dashboard
also not even able to generate appointments page
also on your site the plugins and theme are not updated on your site so update them too

It seems like your woocommerce and cart and checkout pages are not set .
