ERROR – Download Stats – Question answers doesn´t work

Hello,   we´re facing a problem, that we don´t get the quiz results in a proper way.   The CSV Download is completely messed up. I take the CSV files from the quiz directly as if I get them from the submissions overview I don´t get the answers - only the marks. Quiz -> (icon on the top right corner) -> Download Stats Then we use the download, but if we convert text to columns and use "Comma" as seperator, the answers are still in column 1.   Please help.   Many thanks.

@DELearning, The issue is basically with formatting right?

Please try uploading the CSV file in google drive and open the file online and check the CSV file for formatting.
